Shipping cost is $6.95 flat rate for USPS. Orders over $150 are free shipping. Orders are processed and shipped within 1-3 business days of purchase.  Shipping times differ according to the availability of merchandise. We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or packages delayed by the US postal service. 

We now ship to Canada. Shipping cost is $18 flat rate to Canada. 

Currently, we only ship in the United States and to Canada.

  

Online Return Policy

Changed your mind? Vinnie Louise will gladly accept items purchased online within 10 days of the original ship date for a refund or store credit.  Shipping will not be refunded.  Items must be in original condition and must not be worn, used, altered or washed.  Items must include the attached price tickets. 

Once received, your return will be processed within 7 business days, and you will be notified via email once complete.  Please note your bank may require additional days to process and post the transaction. 

For returns, please mail to Vinnie Louise, 4825 Trousdale Drive, Suite 220, Nashville, TN 37220 and include your name and order number on the outside of the package.

Please note:

*Customers who enter the wrong shipping address, where the item is returned to us, will have to pay the additional ship fee. Returns still fall under the original ship date, not the second ship date.

*All items purchased during a sale, promotion (grab bag, weekender box, etc.,) or with any discount code are FINAL SALE.

*All accessories (jewelry, scarves, bags, hats, etc.) and home decor are FINAL SALE.

*We reserve the right to deny the return or exchange. If late item(s) is accepted, you will receive store credit only and $5 restock fee.

Store Pick-Ups:

Are you local and want to save on shipping?! At checkout you may select "Store Pick-up" as the shipping method. It will not charge shipping and we will bring it to our East Nashville store. Pick-ups are not available day of. Typically, they are available the next business day. We will also send you an email regarding your order. Store pick-ups fall under our in store policy, you have 7 days from the date you purchased to return your item (not from the day you pick it up in store). Please note: Store Pick-Up is not available for our 12th South location. 

 

HOLIDAY RETURN POLICY:

Gifts purchased between 12/1/17 and 12/24/17 fall under our Holiday extension. We are so excited that you chose to do your holiday shopping at Vinnie Louise and we want to make it easy for you and the gift recipient.

  • In-Store Purchases & Returns:

When purchasing a gift at the store please let our sales associate know you would like a gift receipt for your order. We will also note on your order that the item is a gift. Please make sure to include the gift receipt with your purchase for ease of return. All gifts purchased within the dates above have until 1/10/18 to be returned for store credit. Please note: Items still must be in compliance with our normal policy (check final sale items). 

  • Online Purchases & Returns:

When purchasing a gift online please leave a note in the comments section that the item(s) is a gift. If the recipient needs to return the order they will just need to know the order number (this will be emailed to you upon order confirmation) and include their email (we will be sending them store credit via gift card to the email address they give us). All gifts purchased within the dates above most be postmarked by 1/8/18 to be returned for store credit. Please note: Items still must be in compliance with our normal policy (check final sale items).

Damages

If there are any damages to your items, please email us immediately at info@vinnielouise.com. Damaged items must be reported within 7 days of the original ship date.  

Cancel Order:

Any order that is canceled per the request of the customer will be charged a $5 restocking fee.
