If there are any damages to your item(s), please email us immediately at info@vinnielouise.com. Damaged items must be reported within 7 days of the original delivery date for online orders and 3 days from the original purchase date for in-store orders.

Any order that is canceled per the request of the customer, before it has been shipped, will be charged a $5 restocking fee that will be deducted from the refund total.
