If your order has not been fulfilled we are able to cancel your order, please note a $5 fee will be charged with any canceled orders. Once you have added all your new pieces to your cart, you will see a promo code option on the right-hand side. Click inside that box, type in your code and hit ‘Apply.’ Your promotion code will be automatically applied to your order and will be reflected in your order total. Only one code can be used per order. Please note that some promo codes are only for the online store and will not be redeemable in the shop.

Once you get to the payment portion of the checkout process, you will see multiple options for payment. If paying with a gift card, just enter the code on the back of your physical gift card or on the virtual emailed gift card. When using it in store, just simply hand your gift card to the employee! All“Store Credits”will be sent to you via virtual gift card.
Due to our variety of brands and styles, we do not have a set sizing guide. We do our best to put the sizing information next to each particular piece, but if you need more information, please give our store a call during the week or email us with any specific questions at: info@vinnielouise.com
When returning directly to the store, your return will happen right then and there. You will have the option of a refund or store credit (within our 7 day return policy). Once the return has been processed, it will be dependent on your specific bank for when the amount will show back into your account.
When returning online, we will process and assess the return right when it is received. If the item is in its original condition, tags attached and unaltered, the return will be made via refund or store credit. You will then receive an email when this has been completed.
Sadly, No. Being a small business with quick turnover, we are unable to accept any returns after our policy date. If there are questions do not hesitate to email our customer care department.
Yes! As long as it meets our return guidelines, you’re welcome to exchange your online purchase(s) within our normal return policy window to either of our locations.
