All orders are processed and shipped via USPS or UPS within 2-4 business days. Please note: Our Warehouse is closed Saturday, Sunday and Holidays. Orders may have delayed shipping times during and after online sales and promotions.
If your order has already been shipped or fulfilled we cannot cancel your order. If your order has not been fulfilled or shipped we are able to make changes, please email info@vinnielouise.com for assistance. If your order has not been fulfilled we are able to cancel your order, please note a $5 fee will be charged with any canceled orders. If you need to cancel a store pickup order, please note a $5 fee will be charged. (Normal Return Policy Applies)
Once you have added all your new pieces to your cart, you will see a promo code option on the right-hand side. Click inside that box, type in your code and hit ‘Apply.’ Your promotion code will be automatically applied to your order and will be reflected in your order total. Only one code can be used per order. Please note that some promo codes are only for the online store and will not be redeemable in the shop.
