Changed your mind? Vinnie Louise will gladly accept items purchased online and returned within 10 days of the original ship date. 

Original shipping fees are non-refundable and return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.

Items must be in original condition and must not be worn, used, altered or washed. Price tickets must be attached.

Shoes must be unworn and in the original box. We recommend trying shoes on in a carpeted area.

We reserve the right to deny the return.

    Once received, your return will be processed within 1-3 business days. You will be notified via email once complete. Please note, your bank may require additional days to process and post the transaction.



    We are so excited that you chose to do your holiday shopping at Vinnie Louise and we want to make it easy for you and the gift recipient. Gifts purchased between 12/1/18 and 12/24/18 fall under our Holiday extension.

    • In-Store Purchases & Returns:

    When purchasing a gift at the store please let our sales associate know you would like a gift receipt for your order. We will also note on your order that the item is a gift. Please make sure to include the gift receipt with your purchase for ease of return. All gifts purchased within the dates above have until 1/10/19 to be returned for store credit. Please Note: All purchases that are not gifts will fall under our normal 7 day return + exchange policy.

    When purchasing a gift online please leave a note in the comments section that the item(s) is a gift. If the recipient needs to return the order they will just need to know the order number (this will be emailed to you upon order confirmation) and to include their email (we will be sending them store credit via gift card to the email address they give us). All gifts purchased within the dates above most be postmarked by 1/10/18 to be returned for store credit. Please Note: All purchases that are not gifts will fall under our normal 10 day return + exchange policy.
