In-Store Return Policy


Holiday Return Policy:

Here at Vinnie we want you and your loved ones to love the gifts you receive! Any item(s) purchased between December 3rd and December 25th fall under our Holiday Return window.


In-store returns: Item(s) must be returned with a receipt or gift receipt (if you were not given a receipt we will need to know the purchaser’s name). Items must have original price tag and be in unworn condition. You may return your item(s) for store credit only. Item(s) must be returned by January 10th. Anything past January 10th will be final sale.


Online returns: Item(s) must be returned with order number (if you were not given the order number we must know the purchaser’s name) and the email address you want the store credit sent to. Item(s) must have original price tag and be in unworn condition. You may return your item(s) for store credit only. Item(s) must be postmarked by January 10th. Anything postmarked past January 10th will be denied.

 

Standard Policy:

Vinnie Louise accepts returns and exchanges on items purchased in store within 7 days of receipt. Items must be in original condition and must not be worn, used, altered or washed.

Price tickets must be attached.

Please note your bank may require additional days to process and post the transaction.
-We reserve the right to deny the return or exchange


Final Sale Items:

Accessories (jewelry, scarves, bags, hats, etc.)

Home décor (paper goods, candles, etc.)

Bath + Beauty (perfume, lotions, face masks, etc.)

Sale items (red ticket or from sale section)

Discounted item due to imperfection/damage

Items purchased during a promotional sale with a discount of 30% or more
