In-Store Return Policy
HOLIDAY RETURN POLICY:
Gift recipients will have until January 14th to return or exchange for store credit only.

Returns are accepted within 7 days from the date of purchase for a full refund or exchange. After the initial 7-day period, we also offer an additional 7 days for shop credit that can be used in-store immediately or placed on a gift card for future in-store or online use.
Again please note:
Items must be in original condition and must not be worn, used, altered, or washed. Price tags must be attached.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Shoes must be unworn and in the original box. We recommend trying shoes on in a carpeted area.
We reserve the right to deny the return.
