Sure, Valentine's Day is all about love. But one of your most important relationships is the one you have with yourself! So why not treat yourself to a little self-care this Valentine's Day? That could mean splurging on a spa day, stopping in for a pedicure, or just taking a nice long bath followed by a face mask while you listen to your favorite albums! Whatever floats your boat, take some time for yourself on Valentine's Day. You'll be glad you did!

2. Host an indoor picnic party
The weather may still be frightful where you are, but why not enjoy a fun picnic this Valentine's Day?! This is a great option that you can do with friends or a significant other. Move your furniture from the center of the room and lay out a huge blanket. Next, light some candles and maybe pull up a few houseplants to add an outdoorsy vibe! Encourage everyone to bring a dish to share, then sit back and enjoy delicious food and great conversation. It will be a night you won't soon forget!

3. Get silly with some karaoke!
Okay, this is just plain fun. Grab a group of friends, or your date and warm up those vocal cords! Find a fun spot that hosts karaoke in your area, or keep things low key by singing along with some karaoke videos on Youtube. Keep things silly and low pressure, and let loose while you perform all your favorite tunes! (Duets are strongly encouraged.) These will be your favorite kind of memories for years to come. Find a local jazz club or a wine bar you've never been to in your town. Then, pretend to be a member of the elite upper class as you enjoy a ravishing evening in a fun new environment. (Gotta keep things budget-friendly? Be sure to grab dinner before you go!)

5. Ladies Night - Treat Yourself With Friends!
This one goes out to all the ladies! If you've got some other single lady friends, why not plan a night of fun together? Start with a little shopping at your favorite boutique (Vinnie Louise, anyone?) then head to dinner at a fun location. Afterward, we recommend catching the latest chick flick on the big screen and treating yourself to dessert before heading home. Literally the perfect night.

Okay, so when's the last time you went bowling? Something is telling us it might be time to hit the lanes! This one is fun with your beau or with friends!
